But all too often we end up living small lives held back by fear, and limiting mindsets. As a result, we settle for so much less than what we're designed for. That why we:

PURPOSE: We help small business leaders increase both their acumen and capacity to grow in faith, hope, and love in their workplace, families and communities.
As leadership mentors we come alongside to develop incremental change that is rooted in the application of the Gospel. In doing so, we align, equip and grow leaders to live out their very best selves, stepping into wide-open expansive lives!

INVITATION: Businesses can significantly contribute to doing more good and we have the opportunity as Jesus' followers to bring our entrepreneurial spirit and expertise in making a difference. Jesus was clear in his invitation to “not bury our talents” but to invest well for His sake. Our team is looking to do just that!
We are looking to build a team of kingdom-focused entrepreneurs and investors who know that the Lord has gifted them in the field of business and are looking to respond to the calling of the Lord on their lives.
Our focus is to build a long-term sustainable business that is made up of several individual companies.

1. Leadership that is equipped to foster a highly engaged team, where the culture is founded on Kingdom principles - "tapping" into the God-design in each person, producing an engagement that ripples out into families and communities.
