Matt is devoted to the beauty of leadership and discipleship with a focus on helping people discover their God-centred purpose. After 12 years of banking - domestically and internationally (Caribbean and South America), he served 17 years as a pastor - 6 years as lead Pastor in a church of 2000 with 20 staff, and has authored several books.
He enjoys the formal learning journey with a few degrees: Bsc (Agr), M.Agr (Business), Master of Theology, and Doctor of Ministry. And he has served on multiple non-profit boards of directors.
He lives 7 months a year outside of Canada, engaging with churches in Lithuania, Kenya, and Czechia in the areas of Leadership, Discipleship, and Organizational Structures.
He is married with three children (one being his daughter-in-law) and 5 grandchildren. He and his wife Jan, live in London, Ontario...when they are in the country.
